Inside the Tower
Entrance from a large decked area with private gardens into a dining area ,a very well equipped kitchen with a utility room off, which has a washing machine. The property is maintained by the owners to a very high standard.
The bathroom is also on the ground floor and was recently renovated with a very large shower and wooden panelling.
Stairs lead to the first floor lounge which has two large comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, CD player and radio. Games and Books are provided for those evenings in. The “piece de resistance” is the large balcony that leads from the lounge which has stunning 180 degree views of the surrounding valley.
There are two double bedrooms both very comfortably furnished assuring a wonderful nights sleep after a day spent relaxing or sight seeing.
Outside
A fully decked area provides a large gas BBQ, patio furnishings, sun loungers and is totally private. Below there is one of the many peaceful stream-side gardens and this one is home to a natural water source, which is constant all year round– it provides tranquillity and is yet another wonderful area to spend time and unwind.
Exclusive use of the 12 x 6 metre swimming pool at Le Moulin De Bardalie, opposite the gite is included, and total privacy is assured.
It must be stated that due to the nature of the La Tour Val Vert, it is unsuitable for small children or those of an infirm disposition.
